Why do you refuse to watch preseason games?

As a wannabe blogger you should really get some info on the prospects/B-level players..... but I guess you’ll just form your opinions by what someone else says

The Leafs are the best team ever assembled in the salary cap era, so you are correct because it's happening right now (you changed the future!).

As for losing to Boston, they got worse, the Leafs got better, and the Leafs already are the better team (only lost due to bad luck).

I'd say 07/08 Detroit and 09/10 Chicago were better.

First of all, I'm very much an actual blogger (seems indisputable) and secondly, since I watch hockey every night for hours and hour for six straight months, I have absolutely no reason to watch preseason games.

Like I'm going to get some fantastic perspective out of watching some C level prospect take on non-NHL game conditions.

Anyone who loves hockey can't wait to watch ANY form of hockey after the summer, pre-season or otherwise. I've never talked to anyone who wasn't psyched to watch pre-season. Maybe not the whole game, but at least turning it on. Why on Earth wouldn't you be psyched to get a chance to watch rookies, and new additions as soon as you could?

Wow, for someone who loves charts you'd realize Proverov is actually good, you are correct about Spurgeon and Hart let in far more goals than he should have according to expected goals. The same system I am mentioning shows Dub in Minnesota is the real drag of the team allowing a massive negative expected goals saved. I get my information from Dom L. over at The Atheletic.

Color me naive, but when I watch finely-tuned athletes competing for 80-100 games a season at a physical level most humans can only dream about, I doubt there is a widespread (one word) cocaine culture in the league....

I think the Kuznetsov suspension is precisely about the NHL sending the players a message to not be stupid about their recreational activities. Want to shove coke up your nose, fine. But don’t be stupid and make the league look bad.

True, but any true fan can't wait to see his favorite team hit the ice. I'm not glued to TV for every preseason game, but it's nice to watch and get some early looks at players

If you love charts so much you should learn how to read and interpret them. And possibly look at more than one chart before coming to a conclusion. Unless that's chart infidelity or something.
